People Doing the Actual Work

EDLF is a small, committed team spread across Maharashtra. We don't have a flashy board of directors or celebrity advisors — just people who believe in the work and show up every day to do it.

PD

Pune

A social entrepreneur from Pune with over a decade of experience in education policy and community development. Priya spent eight years working with Zilla Parishad schools across Marathwada before founding EDLF in 2021.

A teacher trainer from Kolhapur with a background in open educational resources, Amol develops all program content in Marathi and English, and runs the Teacher Digital Academy workshops.

What We Stand For

These aren't aspirational slogans — they're the principles that guide every decision we make.

Honesty First

We report what we actually achieve — not what looks impressive. Every number on this site reflects real learners and real outcomes.

Community-Led

Programmes are designed with communities, not for them. Local knowledge shapes everything we build.

Long-term Thinking

We invest in people — teachers, community leaders, graduates — so impact continues long after we step back.

Environmental Respect

The same land that feeds Maharashtra also needs to be protected. We weave ecological awareness into every curriculum we deliver.
